Six years ago I was diagnosed with asthma. Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways characterized by variable and recurring symptoms, reversible airflow obstruction, and bronchospasm. Even though it can’t be cured it can be helped. I’m thankful for my family and friends that have helped me through this journey so far. A special thank you to my mom, Robinne Thornton, my sissy, Kiya Thornton, and my Nana for always being there through the emotional, the neb treatments, the hospital stays, etc. I appreciate you guys so much. Today is World Asthma Day, and I’m just bringing extra awareness to what this day means to me. I lost a friend to asthma so the awareness of this disease means alot to me. Know your breathing status it could save your life!!!!
It’s no question that death is inevitable, but the fact that people my age and younger are dying due to health conditions is sooooo scary to me. Cancer is really taking people out(and the worst thing about cancer is that no one knows the real cause). Friends having seizures and even an enlarged heart have died. I can only pray for the power of healing, and God’s mercy; and understand God has the ultimate plan. It’s just scary to me. Hug and kiss your loved ones, tomorrow isn’t promised. Stay prayed up and live laugh LOVE!!!!
